Roasted sweet potato infused with ginger, pureed & simmered with lemon & curry powder. Topped with fresh pomegranate seeds & cilantro

Second Course
Vegan Steak Tartare
Green lentils, olives, capers, sundried tomatoes, dill, dijon & lemon, ground together & topped with a vegan egg & maldon salt. Served with housemade wonton chips.

Third Course
Baked Primavera Puree
Rotini pasta smothered in a silky Miso & roasted fresh veggie sauce. Topped with “cheesy” panko & baked to perfection.

Dessert
Chocolate dipped fruits with peanut butter drizzle
